FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need a yoga mat? What do I bring?
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Manduka eKO mats are provided at the studio to use free of charge. Yoga props – blocks, blankets, bolsters – are also provided. Feel free to bring a water bottle. There is a water fountain in the reception area.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and freely. For restorative yoga and meditation, you may wish to bring an extra layer and socks. Yoga is typically practiced without shoes on.
How early should I arrive?
You should plan to arrive approximately 5-10 minutes before class or your session to allow time to change, use the restroom, and settle in. If it is your first visit, please allow for extra time to complete new student paperwork. Classes and private sessions begin and end on time.
Do I need to sign up for class beforehand?
Yes, because of the nature of this studio, all classes are limited in size to ensure more individual attention. You can sign up for classes and workshops online HERE. Private yoga sessions are by appointment only, and can be booked online HERE.
Should I eat before class?
It is recommended that you eat at least two hours before practicing yoga. If you need a small snack, eat something light thirty to sixty minutes beforehand.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for private yoga sessions. Cancellations can be made online, by phone call, text, or email. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged for the full amount.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
