Explore the passive practice of Yin Yoga in this mini-workshop series. Each class will have a different focus for our awareness: the physical body, energy body, breath and mind. These classes will be both educational and experiential, with specific sequences for integration.
In this class, we’ll discuss the relationship between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga, with an experiential sequence to help refresh the energy channels within the body. This class will end with guided meditation.
