Explore the passive practice of Yin Yoga in this mini-workshop series. Each class will have a different focus for our awareness: the physical body, energy body, breath and mind. These classes will be both educational and experiential, with specific sequences for integration.
Through our breath, we can begin to affect our prana, or life force energy. In this Yin practice, we’ll explore the relation of the breath, body and mind with breath awareness and pranayama, breath control practices.
